Clean Turkey Tacos with Hidden Veggies

Turkey Tacos with Secret Veg
Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. You can triple this and store it in a jar for future use!

Tacos:
1 lb. ground turkey
1 small zucchini, grated
1 small carrot, grated

1 small onion, grated
Corn tortillas
Avocado, Limes, Diced tomato, Lettuce, Cilantro, Greek yogurt, chopped jalapeno, etc. for serving

Heat a little oil in a sauté pan. Once hot, add turkey and cook until browned, drain any fat. Add onion, carrot and zucchini to pan and cook until softened. Add seasoning to taste and tomato. Stir and cook until sauce is thickened. Serve in charred tortillas with garnishes of choice!
